HDTV owners who are familiar with Blu-ray prefer it to video streaming or downloads by a margin of 10-1, according to a new study. (It's worth noting, though, that the study was conducted by the Digital Entertainment Group, an industry trade group that recently announced plans to launch a $25 million ad campaign to raise awareness of Blu-ray.)
In any event, the survey found that Blu-ray users who were familiar with downloading and streaming services, but still preferred Blu-ray since it "provided a better overall entertainment experience."
