Heather Arndt Anderson
Heather Arndt Anderson is an Emmy Award–winning writer based in Portland, Oregon. She is the author of four books on culinary history, and her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Atlantic, The Washington Post, and Bloomberg Businessweek. The former garden editor at Sunset Magazine, she has written for a dozen tiny alt-weeklies and boutique food magazines. Her weekly cooking and gardening column appears on Oregon Public Broadcasting’s series Superabundant.
